Favorite Pictures of the Week

February 2, 2014      9 Comments

I really didn’t pull my camera out as much as I should have this week. But I managed to get a few good shots.

Mostly of the kid.

I can’t help it. He’s my best subject.

Baby with a messy face

We do bathe him. Sometimes.

Face-palm baby

But mostly we just spend our time exasperating him.

Baby looking out a window

That’s him, trying to call for help. Futile my son. Futile.

Smiling baby

That face.

Dog and owner selfie

Dewey was helping me practice head shots. He thinks I should move the trashcan for the real thing.

Smart dog.

Now, I have a question. Would you be interested in a photography Facebook group? I’d really love to connect with more people who have an interest in photography but are still in the learning stages, like me. DSLR not required. But a passion for better pictures is. It’s just a thought, so let me know what you think!

It’s no wonder that most of your pics are of him – he is so darn cute! Not sure I could contribute much to a FB group but I’d sure be interested in tips that people offered.

He is so adorable! I see why he is your favorite subject. I got a Nikon D300 a few years ago and even bought a couple of extra lenses. I still only understand a fraction of what that camera will do. I am defiantly still in the learning stage of my camera.

I think the Facebook group sounds like a really fun idea! Especially since I’ll be getting my first DSLR very soon.

Welcome!

Welcome!

Hey, I'm Trish (and that handsome dude next to me pretending he doesn't want his picture taken is Wyatt). Welcome to my blog! I'm a single, homeschool mom living the introvert life in Southern Michigan. If you're into Chinese food, Netflix, stretchy pants, and leaving the house the least amount possible, we can probably be friends.
